Customers may request a return within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels attached, and must not affect resellability.
Before returning, the customer must provide photos showing the condition and completeness of the product.
Refund Process:
A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping costs paid in the original order are non-refundable.
For orders with free shipping, the actual shipping fee paid by the seller (usually via standard shipping) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please contact customer service to obtain the correct return address.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the item has quality-related defects, the customer may request a refund within 60 days of receipt.
A valid photo or video proof of the defect is required.
For orders without free shipping, the original shipping costs will be included in the refund.
Damages caused by shipping, improper use, or reasons not attributable to the seller are excluded from this policy.
